VOCAL PRACTICE, THEATER, MOVEMENT,

PROCESS ORIENTED COACHING

Hi! I’m Aga. I’m a performer, vocal practitioner, theater researcher, and process-oriented coach.

I accompany creatives, seekers,
and people called to live closer to their voice
in cultivating the flame of their desire,
following their bliss, and bringing their visions into reality —
in art, work, and life.

My practice weaves together art making and embodied processes. I draw on many years of experience as a performance artist, a deep well of somatic and vocal practices, embodied psychology, and process-oriented coaching.

In every space I hold, I bring my personal and professional poetics, together with a rich array of tools rooted in both contemporary and ancestral knowledge.

As an artist, I perform, craft theater pieces, facilitate group work, and generate contexts for artistic exchange and co-creation.

Over the years I’ve accompanied people in their creative processes and vocal practice — as living, embodied paths of expression.

I’ve also supported individuals from diverse professional backgrounds through personal and professional transitions, helping them access deeper resources, gain clarity, rekindle desire, overcome resistance, and embody the potential already at their disposal.

For 14 years, I have been a performer, creatrix and pedagogue at the Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski and Thomas Richards, working internationally alongside many talented colleagues from all around the vast world.

My work is deeply rooted in the lineage of Jerzy Grotowski, a tradition that sees a meaningful encounter between human beings as the essence of performing arts and  human transformation.

I consider myself a lively creatrix, a vivid dreamer, a messenger of in-between worlds, and a companion of creative, personal, and professional transformations.

I INVITE YOU TO DIVE INTO THE RICH WORLD OF SINGING, MOVEMENT, ACTING, EMBODIED PSYCHOLOGY, LIVING IMAGERY AND PROCESS ORIENTED COACHING.

Welcome to my space !

What People Are Saying

Sonicality workshops feel like a wonderful playdate where through visualizations, movement and the use of the voice, we are given the opportunity to connect with our deeper self and fellow participants. It is also an honor to witness others exploring their playfulness and vulnerability. Through this work, I have made some very sweet friends over the years. It’s a beautiful nonverbal way to spend time together. Best of all, I find that this work brings a heightened sense of awareness that pauses life for a few hours and transcends the self.”

Song Weaving was a delightful experience, full of playfulness and magic.  I experienced joy, connection and healing through all the movement and singing and under Aga's expert facilitation.  I recommend her workshops for anyone looking to tap into the power of their voice and to the alchemy of collective creative expression.”

— A.G.S., workshops' participant

“Aga's Homingsong Workshop was a powerful and delightful exploration of sound and song and space and movement. I felt guided and held during times of internal sensing and connection with myself, as well as collective and collaborative improvisation and connection with the group.  We played and sounded and wove our voices and movements together, letting songs and dances arise and fade into the next new expression.

Aga has so much intuitive Presence and Grace that she was able to hold our diverse group of individuals in such a way that we felt safe to explore and stretch ourselves in voice and body and heart and mind. This is vulnerable work and takes a facilitator with integrity and love to lead and inspire the people. Aga is such a rare gem of artist and leader.

Powerful and playful and connective and healing. Thank you Aga. I look forward to more opportunities to create together.”

“Moving into the surgery, and even now afterward, I thought of being a tree. I remembered that during the session on Saturday, each time I sounded from my lower belly, a very mournful, suffering, exhausted type of sound would emerge. Then when we moved up to the heart space, the sounds were very clear, buoyant and joyful, and incredibly strong. When we were sounding the whole tree, I revisited those two spaces, and went back and forth between them a few times. They communicated: the low belly said with a weak voice that it was so very, very tired– and the chest replied clear as day and said don't worry, I love you, soon you will rest. I am strong enough, I will carry us through what is coming, both now and forever. That was very powerful. Thank you Aga, for opening up the space for these kinds of things to happen. ”

— Lara, workshops' participant

“Agnieszka created a space for everyone, from so many walks of life,  a safe and creative environment to be, belong, and become. I feel in touch with my voice in a profound new way.”

— Thatcher Bohrman, workshop participant

“Through the regular warmups and visualizations, Aga leads us to a more centered and connected place within ourselves in touch with the present moment (something we all need more of!)  and from this place, we flow into our creative intuitive impulses. We find ourselves again!

The workshops encourage authenticity and have the potential to unfold experiences that are intimate and sometimes close to the sacred! All of this brings about an inspired creative flow that makes me want to create, whether it be paintings, food dishes, sewing. In short, a better quality of life.”
